 Cinema Wide Magazine (CWM) uses images:

- from magazines or sites that guaranteed compliance according to copyright laws;

- or in any case already used;

- or in any case already available online;

- or in any case already considered in the public domain.

Therefore, CWM uses the images for its business in accordance with the law.

CWM cannot be held responsible for the use of the aforementioned material, towards any third party who may claim the infringement of their rights, for direct or indirect damages arising from the non-authorized use in violation of the law of such contents.

Without limitation, the reader is expressly forbidden to use the images contained herein for advertising purposes and/or in violation of third party rights on such images, and/or as trademarks, signs or service identification elements, as well as for purposes prohibited by law, or defamation, or to infringe any private or public right, or copyright, trademark, service mark.

The unauthorized use of these images can result in infringement of copyright and related third party rights and can lead CWM to use all of remedies under the protection of copyright laws, including, but not limited to, an injunction for the purpose of preventing further use and damage compensation against all users and beneficiaries of the illegal conduct

CWM hereby represents with its best knowledge that it has obtained the images used within the extent and in accordance with the law. Any possible reporting of the existence of third party’s rights on the aforementioned images will be taken into consideration and - if proven - will result in immediate removal of the images, without this being considered as right recognition. 

Finally, CWM shall not be liable for others' use of such images.
